Aberdeen Angus is a very old breed of cattle originally from Aberdeen County, in the north-east of Scotland.
The cattle are characterized by a splendid black coat with long hair, lack of horns, high weight, a reduced stature with a compact and rounded trunk, and a notable development of the muscular masses.
The main characteristic of this meat is due to the special natural infiltration of the fat in the muscular masses of the bovine, which make it tender and tasty.
